I am R. Ganesan, son of R.V. Rethinam Pillai, known in civil engineering circles as R.V.R. Ganesan. My career in construction began in 1979 under the mentorship of Mr. R. Balakrishnan, Civil Engineer and former Chief Engineer at South Indian Corporation.

Starting as a Site Supervisor in 1980, I advanced to Assistant Engineer and later Site Engineer-in-Charge, gaining over eight years of hands-on experience in major industrial and infrastructure projects.

Started as a civil construction service provider focusing on small-scale industrial and structural projects with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship and integrity.

With the support and multiple project orders from Erode Granites at Chithode., the company expanded significantly.

1995

Continued growth was supported by projects from SKM Group of Companies, which helped scale operations and enhance expertise in handling large-scale industrial and structural projects.

2005

With project support from Galaxy Publication Factory, the company further strengthened its industrial construction portfolio and expanded into more structured project management
